  • To contact you about the events you have booked with us and to keep you up to date with any changes that may occur

What Allows You To Use My Information?

We collect your information as it is in the legitimate interests of Dusty Pop Entertainment to do so. Collecting your information allows us to provide communications in order to book the Artist and allows us to hold your contact details so we can keep you up to date on the event logistics.

We will only add you to our mailing list where you have specifically given your consent or we have obtained a “soft opt-in” when you either purchase a ticket for one of our events or submit a form requesting our promotional services. We will keep you on the mailing list until you tell us you want to leave.

Dusty Pop Entertainment may use photos of the Artist for promotional purposes. We will only do this where you have agreed that we can.

 

Who Will My Information Be Shared With?

Dusty Pop Entertainment may be required to share Client (Artist) information with business partners in relation to international festival engagements and activities. In this instance we would first ask for your consent.
